A Brief Election 101:
Voting is very simple: You send an email to
VOTE@IMCA.cc with the names of the three (3) candidates you chose.
Just as a reminder, the Candidates are:
- Robert Falls, Colorado, USA
- David Gheesling, Georgia, USA
- Maria Haas, Arizona, USA
- Patrick Herrmann, Canada
- Elton Jones, Pennsylvania, USA
- Andrzej Pilski, Poland
- Luigi Pizzimenti, Italy
You must write VOTE on the Subject line, you must sign your email with your
full name and Member number, and you must use the email address we have on
record for you. So we can be sure that the vote came from YOU.
If you are not sure of the email address we have, just go to our website (www.IMCA.cc),
log in to our Members Area, go to your "Member Profile", and check your email
address by opting for "Edit" and "Update your Profile".
And you will receive an automated message [Auto-Reply] telling you that your
vote has been received. If you don't receive an auto-reply after some minutes be
sure to check your spam-folder prior to contacting us.
We tested the system, it works. We are all monitoring our emails closely, so do
let us know if you encounter any problem.
Let me emphasize that you get to vote for 3 Candidates. Meaning you each must write 3 names on your voting email.
