About Me: |
I’ve been
collecting minerals and fossils since 1975 when I was 12 years old. Some years
later I got my first meteorites and a way to get uncommon earth minerals in my
mineral collection. Then about 1998 I started to collect meteorites too, and they
became the third leg of my actual trilogy: Minerals, Fossils and Meteorites.
My
meteorite collection has about 500 specimens, including 170 different witnessed
falls, also have 15000 minerals and 3000 fossils. All the meteorites, about
4000 minerals and 2000 fossils are displayed in a private museum in Buenos
Aires, where I show them in personalized visits.
In the past
I used to sell in shows (mostly Tucson but also Denver and Sainte Marie aux Mines), right now I still go (mostly to Tucson) but
just to have fun, meet people, see and buy/exchange specimens for my
collection.
In 2014 I
finally was able to go for the first time to the Ensisheim show where I had the
honor to be named a member of the “Confrérie Saint Georges des Gardiens de la
Météorite d'Ensisheim”
